Lady Mary is named in honour of Lady Mary Murray, who once wandered the winding
paths along the River Earn near Crieff, now known as Lady Mary’s Walk. In spring, the
woodland floor bursts to life with wild garlic, scenting the air and carpeting the banks in green. Inspired by those same seasonal walks, this soft, creamy cheese is hand-topped with wild garlic, echoing the gentle beauty of the land Lady Mary once loved.
